Family Dental Services & Exams with a Holistic Approach

In order to provide your entire family with dental services to keep you healthy, we offer a comprehensive array that includes prevention and early detection of dental problems in addition to traditional treatments of dental disease. (Note: IV Sedation is available)

Comprehensive Dental Exams

Seeing your dentist on a regular schedule is the best way to keep your smile in great shape and avoid dental problems down the road. We perform a dental exam to check the health of your teeth and gums and review your dental x-rays to look for underlying issues. We also examine the fillings, root canals, crowns, and areas of previous extractions you’ve had in the past to present you with a comprehensive assessment of your oral health. We also guide you on how your oral health may be affecting your systemic health. For example, gum disease has been linked to cardiovascular problems. For treatment options ask us about biocompatibility testing available.

Teeth Cleaning

Regular teeth cleanings as part of your checkup help keep your smile healthy and bright and prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

Fillings

Dental fillings help restore the function and appearance of a tooth that is damaged or decayed and are usually used to treat a cavity. Having a tooth “filled” is a very common procedure and can usually be completed in one office appointment. We are proud to use biocompatible filling materials to optimize your oral health when restorations are needed.

Dental Crowns

Dental crowns are needed in order to protect the inside of the tooth and seal out bacteria and food particles on broken, cracked or damaged teeth. Also known as caps, they cover a tooth to restore it to its normal shape and look. We are committed to present you with the best options for your specific case and health needs.

Dentures

Full or partial dentures can help people who are missing several or even all of their teeth. Dentures are designed to be worn every day and removed at night, and sit over the gums and around any existing teeth.

Dental Implants

Dental implants provide an alternative to tooth replacement. They can be used to replace a single tooth, or two implants can be placed to create a bridge without impacting surrounding teeth. We are committed to present you with the best options for your specific case and health needs.

Extractions

Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth from its socket in the bone. If a tooth has been broken or damaged by decay, there’s sometimes too much damage for the tooth to be repaired. In this case, the tooth needs to be extracted. A very loose tooth also will require extraction if it can’t be saved. We use ozonated water to optimize healing and decrease the risk of infection or encapsulation of bacteria. We will give you other recommendations during your visit on how to best take care of an extraction site.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

Wisdom teeth are the third set of molars in the back of your mouth, and they usually come in between the ages of 17 and 25. They’re generally spotted on X-rays and are removed because they are impacted, they come in at the wrong angle, or your mouth isn’t big enough to fit another set of molars. We thoroughly debride the socket area and remove the PDL fibers while irrigating with ozonated water to optimize healing and decrease the risk of infection or encapsulation of bacteria. We will give you other recommendations during your visit on how to best take care of an extraction site.

Laser Soft-Tissue Pathology Removal

Laser soft-tissue pathology removal is available for diseases of the soft tissues in the mouth (mucocele, eruption cyst, papilloma, overgrown gums, warts in the mouth or lip area, inflamed gum tissue over erupting molars, etc.)

Emergency Dental Treatments

Emergency dental treatments are available for traumatic dental injuries, which often occur in accidents or sports-related injuries. These include chipped, dislodged or knocked-out teeth. Treatment depends on the type, location, and severity of each injury.
